We are looking for a tech savvy, tenacious and self-motivated Technical Support Coordinator to join the fast-growing Nokē team. Reporting directly to the Nokē Product Manager, the Technical Support Coordinator will be responsible for diagnosing any hardware or software faults, and resolve the issues either in person or over the phone. The position will be based in the Sales & Marketing Department.
